PV Sindhu at Paris 2024 Olympics: Full badminton schedule

Ace Indian shuttler PV Sindhu will compete in the women’s singles badminton tournament at the Paris 2024 Olympics, held at the Porte de La Chapelle Arena from July 28.

A former world and Commonwealth Games champion, Sindhu has won two Olympic medals: silver at Rio 2016 and bronze at Tokyo 2020. She is the only Indian woman with multiple Olympic medals.

Currently ranked 13th in the world, Sindhu is the 10th seed in Group M, facing Estonia’s Kristin Kuuba (world No. 73) and Maldives’ Fathimath Nabaaha Abdul Razzaq (world No. 111).

July 29-31: PV Sindhu vs Kristin Kuuba (Estonia), time TBD

Sindhu needs to top her group to advance to the round of 16, potentially facing China's He Bingjiao. A quarter-final clash against reigning Olympic champion Chen Yufei is possible.
